The Keto RN Shrimp Dip

Ingredients:

8 Oz. cream cheese, room temperature

3/4 cup sour cream

2-1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoons celery seed

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons dill

1/2 cup green onion, finely chopped

1 cup red pepper, chopped

2 cans of medium size shrimp, chopped or 2 cups frozen cooked shrimp, thawed and chopped

Various low carb vegetables for dipping

Instructions:

Thaw shrimp if frozen, drain well, dry with a paper towel. Set aside.

In a food processor, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, celery seed, salt and dill. Blend until smooth. Remove from processor and put into a mixing bowl.

Stir in green onion and red pepper, the gently fold in shrimp.

Chill in refrigerator for at least1 hour.

Serve with vegetables or low carb crackers.
