The Keto RN Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients:

2 cups Almond Flour

1/2 cup Coconut Flour

3/4 cup Monk fruit sweetener

2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice

2 teaspoons Baking Powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup butter, melted

4 eggs

3/4 cup Pumpkin Puree

Instructions:

Add all ingredients in together in a bowl. Mix well.

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, add batter.

Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes. A toothpick will come out clean when done.
