The Keto RN No-Bake Cookies

Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons butter

1 Tablespoon Brown sugar style Swerve or keto friendly sweetener

2/3 Cup all natural Peanut Butter

1 Cup Unsweetened, shredded Coconut

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

1/4 Cup Lilly’s Chocolate Chips (optional)

Instructions:

In a medium sized glass bowl, mix butter and brown sugar sweetener; microwave for 1 minute

Stir in peanut butter, coconut, vanilla and chocolate chips, mix well.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon tablesppons of mixture onto baking sheet.

Freeze for 5 minutes.

Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
