The Keto RN Roasted Lemon Garlic Rosemary Olives with Feta
Roasted Garlic Rosemary Olives with Feta (inspired by Colleen at growforagecookferment)
Ingredients:
3 cups mixed olives
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoon lemon zest.
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup feta cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Put olive mixture in a medium bowl. Add olive oil, lemon juice, lemon, zest, garlic and rosemary.
Mix well.
Pour into shallow baking dish.
Bake for 10 minutes then stir and bake another 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and add feta cheese and any leftover lemon zest
Serve warm or room temperature temperature.
