The Keto RN Cranberry Mousse

The Keto RN Holiday Cranberry Mousse

Ingredients:

1-1/2 Cups heavy whipping cream

1/3 Cup sugar -free cranberry sauce ( https://www.jentheketorn.com/saladsandsides/cranberrysauce )

4 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 dropperfull of liquid stevia (or whatever keto friendly sweetener you have)

Instructions:

In a bowl, use a mixer to whip heavy cream and sweetener for 2 minutes or until stiff peaks form.

In another bowl, beat cranberry and cream cheese together until smooth.

Fold cranberry mixture into whipped cream until just combined.

Spoon into individual bowls; refrigerate for 20 minutes

Garnish as desired ( I used Lilly’s dark chocolate chips) and serve
