The Keto RN Parmesan Cheese Crusted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

2# Brussels Sprouts

1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Black pepper (less if you’re not a pepper fan like me!)

1 teaspoon Onion Powder

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika

2 Tablespoons Avocado oil (melted butter or olive oil would also work)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425 F

Clean, trim and cut Brussels Sprouts in half and set aside.

Mix Parmesan Cheese and all other spice in a small bowl and combine well.

Add in Avocado oil and mix again.

Pour cheese mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking pan and spread it out into a thin layer.

Press cut side of Brussel sprouts into cheese mixture and leave on tray with cut side down.

Bake to 10-16 minutes, depending on the size of the Brussels sprouts.

Remove from oven and let them continue to crisp up another 5 minutes or so.

Separate them from parchment paper and serve.
