The Keto RN Sugar-Free Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients:

1-12 ounce bag cranberries, rinsed

1 cup Powdered Swerve

3/4 cup Water

1 Tablespoon orange juice

1 teaspoon orange zest

1 teaspoon orange or vanilla extract

1 tablespoon chopped ginger (optional)

Instructions:

In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, Swerve, water, orange juice, orange zest and ginger.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, until thickened and berries burst.

Remove from hear and stir in extract.

Cool and serve or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Pour into a bowl and garnish with orange peel as desired
