The Keto RN Instant Pot Beef Bone Broth
Ingredients:
3 pounds Beef bones, roasted
8 cups of water
2 carrots, chopped
3 celery stocks, chopped
1 onion, skin on, halved
1 head of garlic, separated, not peeled
Fresh herbs
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup whole black peppercorns
2 teaspoons salt
Instructions:
To roast beef bones, place in shallow roasting dish, cover with olive oil and salt.
Bake ar 425 for 30 minutes.
Add bones and vegetables to Instant Pot. Cover with water to 1 inch below max fill line.
Set instant pot to 120 minutes on manual. Make sure the sealing ring is set to seal.
Once the 2 hours is up, allow pressure to release naturally.
Once cool, strain with a cheesecloth nd pour into jars.
Store in refrigerator if using soon, freeze if you are storing it for later.
