The Keto RN Quick Dill Pickle Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

2 cans of chicken (or cooked, chopped chicken, about 1 cup)

2 baby dill pickles, chopped

1 Tablespoon Capers

3/4 Cup Avocado Oil mayonnaise (add more as needed for your liking)

1 Tablespoon dried dill

Instructions:

Put all ingredients in a bowl and combine well.

Serve over lettuce or with just eat with a fork!
