The Keto RN Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients:
10 Chicken Drumsticks (or any piece of chicken you choose)
1/3 Cup Coconut Aminos or soy sauce
3 Tablespoons Brown sugar substitute ( I use Swerve)
1-2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1teaspoon Ginger, minced
1/4 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F
Place chicken in a 9 X 13 baking dish covered with parchment paper.
In small bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Pour over chicken legs and coat each piece well.
Place in over and bake for 45 minutes.
Turn chicken every 15 minutes to coat each piece all over with the teriyaki sauce.
Cook to internal temp of 165°.
Serve immediately with a side vegetable or salad.
