The Keto RN Baked Paprika Salmon

Ingredients:

For salmon topping:

1 pound salmon fillet

6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons capers

Zest of one lemon

Juice of one lemon

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon sweet paprika

1/4-1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes.

Mix ingredients well in a small bowl. Cover salmon with mixture

Place salmon on parchment paper lined baking sheet. 

Bake salmon at 400° for 15 to 18 minutes. 

For topping:

1/2 cup chopped flat leaf parsley.

1/2 cup, chopped walnuts, toasted.

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/4 teaspoon salt.

Combine well in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Put topping on salmon after cooked and plated. 

Serve with roasted vegetables!
