The Keto RN Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

6 bone in, skin on chicken thighs.

1 teaspoon salt.

1 tablespoon smoked paprika.

2 teaspoons oregano.

1 teaspoon onion powder.

1 teaspoon black pepper.

Instructions:

In small bowl mix all spices together and combine well.

Place chicken in a gallon size sealable plastic bag

Pour spices into bag with chicken.

Shake the bag to coat the chicken with spices .

For air fryer:

Preheat air fryer to 380°.

Spray air fryer with nonstick cooking spray

Place chicken skin side down and cook for 12 minutes.

Turn chicken over and cook skin side up for 10 minutes.

Cook to internal temp of 165°.

Serve immediately with a side vegetable or salad.
