The Keto RN Smoked Paprika Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

1/2 cup avocado oil

2 teaspoons smoked paprika

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary, or 1 teaspoon, dried rosemary,

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 (1 pound ) pork tenderloins

Instructions:

Combine oil and paprika in a small sauce pan. Cook over low for two minutes or until thoroughly heated. Add vinegar, rosemary, salt, and garlic. Mix well. Remove from heat.

Place pork in a large Ziploc plastic bag. Add cooled oil mixture; seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator 7 to 8 hours, turning back occasionally. 

Preheat grill to medium high heat and grill 15 minutes ( discard marinade). 

Or bake in a shallow dish at 400° for 25-35 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145°

Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing.
