The Keto RN Smokey Salmon with Harissa Sauce

Ingredients:

1 1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise

1 pound salmon fillet.

1 tablespoon garlic powder.

1-1/2 tablespoons smoked paprika

1 teaspoon cumin 

Lemon slices (if desired)

For sauce:

3 tablespoons for fat Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons Harissa sauce.

Juice from half of lemon

1 teaspoon pink salt, or sea salt

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl, mix well. Add more salt as needed.

Instructions:

Preheat oven or air fryer to 400°.

Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over fish.

Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl.

Rub into the fish.

Add lemon slices if desired. 

Bake on a rimmed baking sheet covered with parchment paper for 10 to 12 minutes if using an oven. 

Air fry about 12 minutes if using an air fryer. 

Serve with sauce, add scallions and sesame seeds for garnish.
