The Keto RN Garlicky Butter Steak

Ingredients:

2 ounces unsalted butter, softened,

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)

1 garlic clove, minced

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt, divided

4 sirloin strip steaks (6-8 Oz each)

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions:

In a small bowl, combine the butter, parsley, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix well. Place the garlic butter mixture onto a small piece of plastic wrap and roll/shape into a small log. Freeze for 20 minutes .

Set the air fryer temp to 350°

Rub the steaks with olive oil, then topped with remaining salt and ground pepper.

Place the steaks in the fryer basket and cook about 6 1/2 minutes for medium and 10 minutes for well done. (internal temp of 140-145 deg for medium)

(You can also cook in the oven at 375°, about 7 minutes, after searing both sides of steaks in melted butter, in a cast iron pan for about a minute each side).

Serve steaks with a generous slice of the garlic, butter mixture, and your favorite vegetable or salad.
