The Keto RN BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

2 pounds ground beef

1 tablespoon granulated onion

2 teaspoons minced garlic

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon ground mustard

1 teaspoon salt

1 egg

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Topping:

1/4 cup sugar-free barbecue sauce 5 slices of bacon chopped ( or 1/2 cup real bacon bits

2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, chili powder, ground mustard, salt, egg.

Mix ingredients together well.

  1. Add one cup of shredded cheddar cheese and mix into ground beef mixture.

  2. Put ground beef mixture into a loaf pan.

  3. Top meatloaf with 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Add bacon and cheese to top.

  4. Bake at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes.

  5. Enjoy!
