The Keto RN Mediterranean Ground Beef Kebabs

Instructions:

1 pound ground beef or chicken

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon Sumac

1/4 onion, finely chopped

3 Garlic cloves, minced

1/3 cup Italian parsley, finely chopped

1/4 cup walnuts, finely chopped

1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles

2 tablespoons Avocado oil

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Shape the mixture into meatballs or little oblong shapes.

Cook in avocado oil over medium heat until browned, turning to brown all sides.

Serve with Tzatziki sauce.
