The Keto RN Meatballs with Marinara
The Keto RN Meatballs with Marinara (GF/DF)
Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
2 eggs
1 package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed out
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Combine well ( I use my hands because it is quicker).
Use a small cookie scoop or a 1/4 cup measurement to form meatballs.
Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for approximately 16 minutes, until done.
Serve with your favorite low carb,warm marinara sauce.
