The Keto RN Marinated London Broil
Ingredient:
4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. tamari sauce (or soy sauce)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Freshly ground black pepper
¾ tsp. baking soda
1 1½-2 Ib. London broil
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a shallow glass baking dish, except baking soda, and mix well.
Add baking soda to marinade and stir it in. It will get foamy.
Poke holes with a fork all over both sides of meat.
Place meat into marinade and turn over a few times.
Cover and refrigerate for several hours if possible. Turn steak over a few times while it is marinating.
Preheat brolier to 450. Place meat on cooking sheet, broil 7 minutes each side until temperature reaches 135 degrees.
Let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Thinly slice and serve.
