The Keto RN Teriyaki Flank Steak

Ingredients:

3 pounds Flank Steak

2 Garlic cloves, minced

2 tsp. Sesame Oil

1 Tablespoon Minced Ginger

1/4 Cup Tamari Sauce (or Soy sauce)

2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar substitute (Swerve)

1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Zest of one orange or lime

Juice of 1/2 an orange or lime

Serves 6-8

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour into a large 1 gallon size Zip-loc (or similar brand) bag.

Put steak into the bag and seal it. Place on a plate or shallow dish in refrigerator.

Marinate at least 8 hours, but longer is better!
