The Keto RN Chicken Marinade

Ingredients:

6 pieces of chicken

1/2 Cup Olive Oil.

1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar

3 Garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons tamari sauce (or soy sauce)

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients into a gallon size bag. Add chicken and marinate at least one hour but preferably overnight. Remove chicken from marinade and discard.

Cook chicken as desired in oven or grill.

Serves 3-6
