The Keto RN Garlic Herb Butter Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

2 1-pound pork tenderloin

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

Garlic Butter

1/4 cup melted butter

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon parsley flakes

Preheat oven to 425°.

Mix the Italian seasoning, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil into a small bowl. Mix into a paste.

Poke holes all over pork tenderloin,with a fork. Then cut slits with a knife. Stuff the slits with the garlic herb paste.

Place pork into a shallow baking dish.

Bake in oven for 20 minutes. (Pork should be 145°)

While pork is resting, melt butter and add garlic salt and onion powder in a small bowl.

Drizzle garlic butter over pork.

Slice and serve
