The Keto RN Crispy Baked Lemon Chicken

The Keto RN Baked Lemon Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

2 1/2 pounds skin on chicken pieces (I used thighs, but you can use whatever you prefer)

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar.

1 tablespoon dried oregano.

Three garlic cloves, minced

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon black pepper.

Instructions:

Mix all liquids and herbs, in a bowl.

Please chicken in a shallow dish or large Ziploc plastic bag.

Pour marinade over chicken.

Allow to marinate for about three hours.

Bake at 400°F for 35 minutes.
