Gluten-Free Broccoli Beef

 

The Keto RN Beef Broccoli (GF)

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons avocado oil, divided

1 1/2 pounds thinly sliced steak

4 cups broccoli

1/2 cup tamari sauce

1 tablespoon sweetener

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1 tablespoon of ginger paste

1/4 cup beef broth

1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum

Directions:

  1. And a large skillet over high heat add 1 tablespoon avocado oil. Add in steak and brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.

  2. Reduce heat to medium and add 1 tablespoon avocado oil. Add in the broccoli and sauté until tender. The broccoli will soak up the juices from the steak.

  3. Add in tamari sauce, sweetener, garlic, ginger, broth, and xanthan gum. Stir to combine and allow to thicken for a few minutes.

  4. Add in the cooked steak.

  5. Serve over cauliflower rice if desired. Enjoy!

Makes 4 servings.

Net carbs: 6g per serving, not including Cauliflower rice.
