The Keto RN Dijon Chicken

Ingredients:

6 Bone-in, skin on, Chicken Thighs

1/2 C Chicken broth

1/2 C Dijon Mustard

1/4 Cup avocado oil

1/4 cup fresh chives

4 cloves of garlic smashed into a paste

2 tsp fine salt

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 450°F

Place chicken in a shallow baking dish.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and combine well.

Pour and rub half of mixture into the chicken. Save other

half for serving.

Bake for 30 -45 minutes until juices run clear.

Pour remaining sauce over chicken.

Serve and enjoy!
