The Keto RN Chopped Salad with Ginger- Garlic Dressing

For the Salad:

1 Head of green cabbage, chopped

1 English cucumber, finely chopped

1 red bell pepper, finely chopped

1 small head of romaine lettuce, finely chopped

4 green onion, finely chopped

One bunch cilantro, finely chopped

Chop all ingredients up as fine as desired. The finer the better.

For the dressing:

4 Cloves of garlic

2 pieces of whole, peeled, ginger root ( add more or less depending on preference)

4 Tablespoons white wine vinegar

3 Tablespoons Sesame oil

4 Tablespoons Mayonnaise

Salt and pepper

Blend well in a food processor.

Pour over salad.
