The Keto RN Big Mac Bowl
Special Sauce:
1 cup avocado oil mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar free Ketchup
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
1/4 teaspoon dried dill
1/3 cup dill pickle relish
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir until mixed well. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
Salad:
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 small onion, diced
One clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 to 2 large heads Romain lettuce, chopped
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sliced dill pickles
Special sauce
Toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
Combine ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook in a large skillet over medium high heat until beef is cooked all the way through. Set aside.
Combine the lettuce, ground beef, cheese, and pickles in a large bowl. Toss well to combine.
Drizzle special sauce onto salad and sprinkle with sesame seeds as desired.
