The Keto RN Egg Roll in a Bowl
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Olive oil
5 green onion (just the white part), chopped
1 pound ground sausage
1 tsp. Minced Ginger
1 tsp. Minced Garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1-14oz. Bag of Coleslaw mix
3 Tablespoons Tamari sauce( or soy sauce, or Coconut Aminos).
3 Tablespoons of Rice Vinegar
Green onion tops, sesame seeds, Sriracha sauce for garnish
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pan and add the onions and sausage. Cook the sausage until it’s browned.
Add garlic, ginger, salt and pepper to sausage.
Add coleslaw to the pan and let it wilt down a little. Then add the tamari sauce, and the rice vinegar. Continue to cook until cabbage is wilted down and tender.
Serve in bowls with green onion, sesame seeds and Sriracha as desired.
