The Keto RN Cedar Plank Salmon

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon butter

1.5 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 Tablespoons olive oil

1Tablespoon capers

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dill

4 garlic cloves, minced

Dash of cayenne pepper

3 pounds fresh salmon fillets

Instructions:

In a small sauté pan over medium heat, combine lemon juice, olive oil, butter, Dijon mustard, garlic, pepper, dill, basil, and capers. Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Place salmon skin side down on a soaked (8 hours in water) cedar plank. Pour sauce over fish and spread evenly.

Put on grill, close lid.

Grill 7-10 minutes, until cooked to your preference.
