The Keto RN Smokey Salmon Dip

Ingredients:

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

4 ounces packaged salmon

1 teaspoon liquid smoke

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon shallot, finely minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh

1 teaspoon still, dried or 1 tablespoon fresh

2 1/2 Tablespoons capers, rinsed

1 teaspoon horseradish, more if you like spicy

3/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions:

In the bowl of a food processor,

combine the cream cheese, salmon, liquid smoke, mayonnaise, shallot, lemon juice, dill, capers, horseradish, 3/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.

Pulse a few times to incorporate, scrape down the sides of the bowl, then puree the mixture for 15 seconds.

Stop, scrape again, and puree until smooth and spreadable, 10 to 15 seconds more. Scoop into a decorative bowl.

Serve with veggies and keto crackers.
