The Keto RN Cheeseburger Dippers
Ingredients:
2# 80/20 Ground Beef
6 oz. Sliced Cheddar Cheese (or your favorite variety)(optional)
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Dill Pickle Juice
2 teaspoons Onion Powder
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
In a large bowl, combine beef, pepper, salt, pickle juice, and onion powder.
Make small patties (about 2 ounces each) and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Bake about 7 minutes, until meat is thoroughly cooked.
Remove from pam and put onto a paper towel lined plate.
Top half of burgers with cheese slices, then add another patty.
Allow to cool slightly with choice of dipping sauces.
