The Keto RN Dairy Free Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

1 can full-fat Coconut Milk

1/2 C Almond milk (optional, omit or substitute heavy whipping cream if not dairy free)

2/3 C Chia seeds

2tsp. Vanilla or Maple flavoring (or both. ( I did just 1 in this live)

1 tsp. cinnamon, nutmeg, Pumpkin pie spice, or cardamom. (whatever spice sounds good to you and do you have on hand works)

1 T powdered sweetener (such as Swerve)

1 dropper full of liquid Stevia

This recipe is very versatile!  You can add whatever extracts or spices or sweetener you like!

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, stir to combine well. Chia seeds can clump together, so stirring thoroughly is key.

Cover and refrigerate.

Enjoy!
