The Keto RN Spicy Buffalo Roasted Nuts

Ingredients:

4 cups of your favorite, raw, unsalted nuts

4 Tablespoons Butter, melted

6 Tablespoons Frank’s Hot Sauce

1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper ( more if you want more heat!)

1 teaspoon Sea Salt

1 teaspoon Onion powder

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions :

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  2. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large ball, toss well to coat. Spread out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  3. Bake 9 to 12 minutes, stirring every few minutes, until the nuts are starting to brown. Remove and let cool completely.

  4. Enjoy!

Approximation due to varying carbs in different nut varieties.
