The Keto RN Smokey Salmon Dip
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 ounces packaged salmon
1 1/2 -2 teaspoons Liquid Smoke
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon shallot, finely minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried dill
3 teaspoons capers, rinsed
1 teaspoon horseradish, more if you like spicy
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
In the bowl of a food processor, combine the cream cheese, salmon, liquid smoke, mayonnaise, shallot, lemon juice, dill, capers, horseradish, salt, and pepper.
Pulse a few times to incorporate ingredients.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl, then. The mixture for 15 to 20 seconds.
Stop, scrape bowl again, and purée until smooth, 15 to 20 seconds more.
Scoop into a pretty bowl.
Add dried dill to the top for garnish.
Serve with your favorite veggies or low carb crackers
