Nana’s Favorite Pea Salad (not Keto)

Ingredients:

1 Large bag of frozen peas, thawed

3 stalks celery, chopped

1/4 Cup sliced green onion

1 Cup cubed sharp cheddar cheese

8 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped

3 hard boiled eggs

3/4 Cup cashews

1 Cup Mayonnaise

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Thaw peas, boil and peel eggs, chop and cook bacon, cube cheddar cheese, chop celery anf green onion.

Mix all ingredients into a large bowl.

Add Mayonnaise and mix well.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Enjoy!
