The Keto RN Antipasto Salad

Ingredients:

16 Oz Grape tomatoes, halved

1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped ( I rinse mine to get oil off)

1/2 cup of sliced black olives

1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers.

1/2 cup green olives, sliced

6 ounces thin salami, quartered

1 cup fresh mozzarella, or your favorite cheese

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Optional items:

2 cloves, minced garlic

Fresh chopped herbs

Instructions:

Chop all food ingredients and add to a large bowl.

Add oil, vinegar, and Italian seasonings. Toss well and enjoy.
