The Keto RN Unstuffed Bell Pepper Skillet
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
3 bell peppers chopped into pieces, any color.
3 garlic cloves, minced
1-24 ounce jar of Rao’s homemade marinara sauce
1- 1 lb. bag frozen riced cauliflower
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon and pepper flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Remove from heat, set aside
In another large skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium high heat. Add peppers onions. Sauté until onions become translucent.
Add the riced cauliflower, all of the spices and Worcestershire sauce.
Sauté until the rice begins to soften. Then add ground beef to the pan. Add a jar of marinara sauce, stir to combine, simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
