The Keto RN Sesame Chicken

Ingredients:

1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut in 1-inch pieces

1/3 cup coconut aminos, soy sauce or tamari sauce

1/4 cup tomato paste

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce.

1/4 cup swerve brown sugar sweetener.

1 teaspoon onion powder.

1 tablespoon sesame oil.

1/4-1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes.

Serves calories 259 carbs three protein 40 fat eight

Instructions:

In a small mixing bowl, combine the coconut aminos, tomato paste, brown sugar, onion powder and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine ingredients and set aside.

Heat a non stick skillet over medium high heat. Add your chicken chunks in sesame oil Cook until slightly brown and cooked through, should take about 6-8 minutes. Test the internal temperature with a meat probe thermometer to make sure the chicken is 165F.

Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat. Turn your heat down to medium low and let simmer for about 5 minutes to thicken. Serve topped with sesame seeds for garnish.

Serve with cauliflower rice if desired.
