The Keto RN Kielbasa and Fried Cabbage 

Ingredients:

16 ounces kielbasa sausage, sliced into rounds

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

1/2 medium onion, chopped,

1 medium head of green cabbage, thinly sliced,

2 cloves of garlic, minced 

1-1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika,

Salt and pepper to taste 

Instructions:

Heat oil in a large skillet on medium high heat. Add the sausage, stir occasionally, until it’s nicely browned. Remove the sausage from the pan and set aside once it’s crisp.

Add the butter and onion to the pan. Cook for three minutes, stirring occasionally 

Add garlic to butter and onions, stir until fragrant.

Add the cabbage to the pan and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring often. The cabbage will start to wilt after a few minutes.

Once the cabbage is crisp-tender and cooked through.  Add paprika, salt and pepper. Stir until well combined. Stir in the sausage and cook for a couple of minutes until it’s completely heated. Serve immediately.
