The Keto RN Garlic Dijon Rosemary Pork Chops

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

1/4 Cup Coconut Aminos

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 Tablespoons Fresh chopped Rosemary

5 cloves of minced Garlic

4 large pork chops

Instructions:

Place pork chops in a large Zip-Lock bag or glass baking dish.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Mix well and pour over pork chops. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Grill at Medium-High heat for 5 minutes per side, or until done. internal temp should be 145-150 degrees.

You can also bake them in the oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
