The Keto RN Favorite Citrus Salmon
Instructions:
1 Tablespoons butter
1 1/2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon capers
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dill
4 garlic cloves, minced
Dash of cayenne pepper
3 pounds fresh salmon fillets
Instructions:
In a small sauté pan over medium heat, combine lemon juice, olive oil, butter, Dijon mustard, garlic, pepper, dill, basil, and capers. Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Place salmon skin side down on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
Pour sauce over fish and spread evenly.
Bake at 425f for 10-12 minutes, until flakey
