The Keto RN Buffalo Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (I use primal kitchen)

Spice rub:

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instruction:

  1. Mix spice rub together in a small bowl.

  2. Dry chicken thighs with paper towel then coat chicken with spice rub.

  3. Place chicken and baking dish. Bake at 400° F for 30 to 40 minutes until chicken is cooked all the way through.

  4. Drizzled with buffalo sauce.

  5. Enjoy!
