The Keto RN Garlic Lemon Butter Pork Shoulder Chops

Ingredients:

2 large pork shoulder chops.

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

5 tablespoons of butter

6 garlic cloves, minced

1 lemon juiced and zested

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon thyme

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°

Season chops with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil and large cast-iron or oven proof pan on medium high heat.

Sear 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.

Add butter to pan and melt

Add all other ingredients to melted butter and stir.

Add chop back to the pan and spoon sauce over them.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until pork chops reach 145°.
