The Keto RN Favorite Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

2 pounds pork tenderloin

3 tablespoons brown sugar substitute

2 tablespoons smoked paprika

1.5 teaspoons of salt

1.5 teaspoons ground mustard powder

1 teaspoon of pepper

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

Remove pork from package and dry with paper towels. Place in oven-safe shallow baking dish.

Add all dry ingredients to a small bowl and mix well

Drizzle pork with olive oil and rub it into pork.

Rub seasoning mix into all sides of the pork.

Cook at 425°F for 25-30 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.

Serve with your favorite low carb vegetable.
