The Keto RN Chicken Shawarma

Ingredients:

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1.5 teaspoons ground cumin

1 teaspoon ground cardamom

1 teaspoon ground turmeric

1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1.5 teaspoons kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 tablespoons lemon juice

4 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

Combine all of the marinade ingredients in a large bowl.

  1. Mix well.

  2. Add the chicken to the marinade and turn to make sure it’s completely coated.

  3. For most flavorful results, marinate overnight – otherwise 2 hours will do it.

  4. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

  5. Cook the chicken for about 20 minutes.

  6. Remove the chicken from the oven and serve with cauliflower rice.
